my video is throwing an error after i did an upgrade to my game my pc is brand new so it cant be a hardware problem can someone plz help me

my computer has thrown an error for the video card and i know it's not a hardware issue because the pc is brand new i did the upgrade i did the uninstall install and nothing can someone please help do this threw safe mode
