My video and audio doesn’t work

I have a precision 5680 and whenever I go to play a video it’s very laggy and slow, sometimes not playing at all, as well as there being no volume. The video will open up with the first clip and then click to 10 seconds forward, then sometimes restart etc. no videos on multiple browsers don’t work, I can’t watch Netflix, YouTube, zoom does not work. I’m not sure on what to do, it’s brand new with no other issues.
