My Victus Hp Laptop will not show any available networks while setting it up.

I have just factory rest my Victus to fix ongoing issues, but while setting it back up i got to the wifi connection screen and it will not show any available networks. I would like to speak with a real person or someone that can help me with this. Please and thank you. I had just gotten the screen fixed at a computer repair shop and have no idea if they have something to do with it.
