My USB Flash Drive Is Write Protected, and I can't get a corrupted file off of it, so I believe it is corrupted also. What do I do?

This started this morning, I'm using it to record commercial breaks and continuities on my TV using an Analog to Digital converter on my digital TV, and then I saw that a file was corrupted, I tried recording on the converter, and it gave me an error. I tried everything I could, but it didn't work. I even tried getting to the USB switch, but I couldn't get it because I am not strong enough. What do I do?
