My tpm 2.0 is gone.

After getting my laptop (GF65 thin 9SEXR) back from currys where it got reseted back to windows 10, I tried updating it to windows 11 because I had it on this laptop before. I can't find the tp module even in bios. Do I need to take the laptop back into repair about this? I only have a care plan.
