My Touchpad Cursor Is Stuck On The Top Left Corner

I’ve had this computer for about 2-3 years now and a year ago, the cursor started getting ga ruck on the top left corner of the screen and would not move from there no matter what i did the o oh temporary solution was to restart the laptop but it eventually happened again i’m not sure what to do this so the only problem that i have with this laptop.
