My time zone keeps moving from Jerusalem to Brussels, which is on a different daylight saving time schedule

I changed it numerous time but it keeps reverting


get-timezone returns (if I change to jerusalem it changes but reverts later):

Id : Romance Standard Time

DisplayName : (UTC+01:00) Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid, Paris

StandardName : Romance Standard Time

DaylightName : Romance Daylight Time

BaseUtcOffset : 01:00:00

SupportsDaylightSavingTime : True
