I have already tried changing the time manually, tried changing the time-zones in the control panel, checked Event Viewer to see if an application was resetting the time zone (there wasn't), and saw that windows time is already set to automatic when checking Services. I changed the time zones in both Outlook and Zoom, Zoom doesn't change the computer clock, and Outlook's time-zone gets reset back to pacific just like Windows 10. I ran a sfc scan and there aren't any corrupted files, and my Windows is up to date. I do not want to upgrade to Windows 11, even it means it'll fix my time-zone issue
