My temporary files are taking up 30+ Gb of space?

Hey, I need some help clearing space on my OS drive. It used to have about 70gb of free space but recently I check it and it only had 30. I checked to see what taking up so much space and I noticed my temporary files are 32 gb for some reason. I'm assuming it has something to do with Cubase, but I have no idea. I tried to delete the temporary files through Windows but the largest thing I can delete from there is my downloads file which is only 3.8 gb.I tried going to the temporary files myself with %TEMP%, but I couldn't find anything near even a single mb.
