My taskbar wont show up, settings and file explorer won't open, and anytime I try to open boot menu it says "DRIVER_DMA_VIOLATION"

The question gives a basic rundown of what's going on, but here's more detail on what is going. My taskbar randomly stopped working out of nowhere, besides this arrow on the right, which brings up a small menu with Bluetooth, a Steam icon, and a Windows Security icon. When I hover over the Windows Security, it says action required, but also will refuse to open.The Settings and File Explorer do not work either. The Settings app will immediately close upon it being opened (along with Windows Security) and cannot be opened with 'ms-settings:' The File Explorer will open, but will not show anythi
