My taskbar keeps popping up in fullscreen

First, this is not something that can be fixed by settings. Here is what I have tried so far:- internet explorer restart- System File Checker- Settings- Task manager (shutting down applications and restarteing them)- Hide taskbar atomatically. (it does hide it, but instead a white border appears around the screen)What it affects:Any fullscreenWhen it started:Not exactly sure, maybe it has something to do with the recent updates?
