hi sometimes when im playing video games or just simply watching a movie my system entirely freeze but before that happens i can click on apps but they open very slowly until they become totally unresponsive after that and if i click on shutdown and restart it will just stuck on that screen and case buttons has same effect and after that system is not responding to anything it started happening 1-2 month ago i think i dont remember exactly i thought it was because my windows was outdated but it wasnt that i even updated bios and didnt solved problem .cpu : ryzen 5 5500gpu : rtx 3080ram : ddr 4
