My System Reserved partition was somehow installed on my HDD instead of the SSD and this seems to be the reason why I can't install Windows 11.

So apparently when I installed Windows a long ago I had both drives plugged in and Windows decided to install System Reserved on my HDD instead of keeping it on the same drive (SSD) with the rest of Windows and Recovery. I only discovered this because I was attempting to enable Secure Boot to install Windows 11 on my PC and saw that my drives were MBR instead of GPT, so converting them was naturally the next step. (Disk 0 is my 2TB HDD and Disk 1 is my 1TB SSD)I followed the instructions on the conversion via Command Prompt and the mbr2gpt tool and I get this message "Disk layout validation fa
