My Sticky Notes app had gone missing. I have no back up or restore points on my computer. How can I retreive?

I just had my laptop boosted on memory. I think the technician deleted my antivirus. My problem is that my sticky notes app was also uninstalled. I looked everywhere in my computer, but I had no luck. It's like it was never there. How can i restore those notes? Please help. My computer runs on Windows 11. Sadly, I had no restore point. I never backed up as well. Can someone help?
