My Start menu and search bar is not working. I dont know how it happened just one time i switched on the pc and its not working, but before it was oka

I tried a lot of stuff already including some threads written here with the same issue, i tried restarting the windows search and explorer on taskbar, trying new user account, also tried the different cmd and powershell commands. None of it works. Updated the windows also... I'm always trying to find ways but they all suggested the same and i've done most of them if not all. Maybe the only thing i didnt do is reinstalling windows i guess, but that would be too much work so i still try to find solutions. Please help me. Thanks in advance...
