My SSID changed after I downloaded some kind of suspicious file

I used this website for my school project: AI Image Upscaler | Upscale Image Online Batch Free . It is a image upscaler. When I downloaded the finished photo from that website, it was downloaded as "download.zip". I opened it an my finished photo was inside of it and there was nothing else. 1 minute later, some of the programs that I use started giving "No internet connection" errors. When I looked up at my Windows settings, I saw a different SSID (my internet's name was changed).
