My SPCA 2650 webcam isn't working, issue happened after a windows update

[Windows 10]

- Tried the unplug-repluging, scan hardware changes, update driver, disable driver and enable again. Nothing works. Scan Cam troubleshoooter, Windows update and turn off firewall, NOthing. The camera works perfectly in another laptop but not in my pc.
