My son is set up to a family account, but I no longer have access to the 'organiser' email. How do I close the existing family account so I can set up

My son's original microsoft account was (accidentally) set up with my work microsoft account. I no longer work there, so have lost access to this email. Because he is young, only the organiser can remove him. But I can't without accessing the old microsoft account. I've tried, and had a conversation with someone from Microsoft Support, who directed me to this platform.I want to:delete the old family group, consequently removing him from the familyset up a new family group and add him to it with my everyday email address.Is there an easy way to do it?
