My snap windows with mouse dragging is not working on Microsoft 11 - how can I fix this?

I have Windows 11 on my Dell laptop. I have all the "snap window settings" functions enabled, but it only works with the Microsoft hot keys, and not with the mouse dragging. How can I fix this?
