My screen turns black but power stays on. sometimes fans speed up high too.

Ive tried uninstalling drivers with DDU and reinstalling drivers/using different versions of drivers/Reseating the gpu/cpu/ramnothing worked. eventually my screen started turning off right after i entered my pin on start up sometimesi checked my event logger and found this(The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load.Device: ROOT\SYSTEM\0004Status: 0xC0000365)My specs:zotac oc rtx 4060ryzen 9 5900xMSI B550-A PRO
