My screen keeps going dark at random intervals for a split second. Happens about once every 30 seconds?

An hour ago I was playing darktide and the screen went dark, and my mouse and keyboard both lost their lights too; but my computer kept running. I turned off the power, and started it back up again. Everything was ok and then I tried playing darktide again, and the same thing happened. I then updated my geforce drivers, and it even turned out windows needed to be updated too. So I updated my graphics card and windows and tried darktide again. And once again; the screen went dark, and the mouse and keyboard both turned off. So evidently I can't play darktide anymore. Now about once every 40 sec
