My screen is still on but frozen and I can't turn my laptop off

Hello,I was playing on my laptop and tried connecting my bluetooth earphones when suddenly it said it couldn't do it, so I tried accessing the bluetooth settings. And somehow that wasn't working either so I go to click directly on settings and it doesn't open either, so I decide to restart my computer. I go in the window and click turn off, doesn't work, so I try on the keyboard doesn't work the power off button doesn't work and I also tried many of the ctrl stuff to turn it off but it didn't work either. The screen is on and appears frozen but I can still move the mouse it just keeps on loadi
