My screen is locking 2 minutes into inactivity, although I've turned on "never" in the power & sleep settings. What can I do?

I couldn't find other settings to change besides the below, but even with all the "nevers" added, my screen is still locking within 1-2 minutes of inactivity.Would appreciate the community's recommendations.
