MY SCREEN IS BLUE.

This happened today after my computer completely turned off and I tweaked the VGA cable. Before my screen turned blue, it'd flicker blue every time my foot accidentally hit the VGA cable (I don't know why that occurred). My computer works perfectly fine, it's just blue. I've tried calibrating the color of the screen and resetting the options using the buttons underneath my computer. NONE OF THOSE WORKED. MY COMPUTER IS STILL BLUE.My computer is an HP W2071d. Help me ASAP.
