My screen in frozen when I turn on my laptop and it doesn't respond to any command

I recently got a windows 11 laptop and for the second time this has happened. I opened my laptop on a random day, no updates or big changes made on the laptop the last time, and it shows, like normal, that screen with the time and saying to press any button. As always, I pressed the space bar and the time screen goes up, leaving only the background photo. Normally, that is where my user would show up for me to put my password.
