My screen flickers black like 3 - 4 times on every startup.

Idk when or how this occured but everytime i startup my screen flickers black around 3 - 4 times, not on the lockscreen but when i type my pin and enter the computer fully. This is very annoying and I don't really want to like mess with things myself because that usually causes more issues. I recently factory reset my pc if that helps.
