My Samsung T7 ssd and my other external mass storage devices won't show on my pc

[Windows 11]

I see the devices in device manager but it says The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28), when i automatically update the driver it says it couldnt find drivers on my device, can anyone help me? when I do manual browse it doesn't show up and couldn't find any driver. I really need this fixed because I'm a video editor and I need the files from my ssd
