My rigs 800 headset keeps turning off right as I try to pair them why is this??

This has been going on for about a week now but for some reason my rigs wont pair to my computer and each time that I've tried pairing them my headset will automatically turn off for some odd reason and say that their not paired/connected why is this?? I've tried the eq and pairing thing and that didn't work at all.., I really don't feel like buying a complete new headset please help!!
