My right ctrl is printing "q" and when num lock is activated my right ctrl is printing "0"

my os key mapping is messed up when i press right ctrl "q" is printed and when num lock is activated my right ctrl prints "0" and i cant use ctrl+a shortcut can you tell me where to change them back to default
