My regular windows 11 update on my PC did not work.

As a result, my computer was left ‘hanging’. Microsoft emailed hyperlink to download Windows 11 to download to a 8gb+ USB. I have successfully done this. So, as I understand, will insert the USB in the PC and power up, but is there a key I need to hit repeatedly/ hold on startup so the PC reads the files. IB
