My refresh rate chages automaticly when I click after I change it

Hello so I have monitor LF27T35 video card: nvidia geforce rtx 3060 my monitor says that it supports 75HZ but when I change it to that ok it changes but then when I click somewhere outside the settings section for example my desktop my browser or i try to open anything It automaticly returns to 60HZ. I am using windows 11.
