My qwerty row is having difficulties as well as my arrows. Is there a way to fix it?

Hi, so my laptop has this thing where the qwerty row acts up and it adds numbers before my letters, for example; 1q2w3e4r. It's incredibly annoying. The model is an HP Pavilion Windows 11. By the way, my arrow keys also do not work. Please note that nothing in the suggestions that I've seen that have regarded this problem have worked. It's not an external keyboard, the accessibility settings do not help at all and neither does updating the drivers and using task manager. I've tried nearly every solution that I could find online for this problem and met disappointment every time. No, Fn + Numlo
