I recently bought this pc a few months back but have been facing an issue where it says that there’s no boot device available for me to start up my pc, so recently I bought a usb that could help me install windows again but no dice, when I go to recover it, I’ll get a message saying that it’s unable to rebuild my pc or when I go to the system recovery it tells me to select an operating system even though I don’t have one? So does this mean windows was completely wiped from my pc and if that’s the case will there be any way that this could be fixed? If anyone has ideas please let me know, it’d
