My product key isnt working (Windows 11)

I bought a pc and there was "customer information form" in rich text document. It says "Since Windows 11 electronic license is installed on the systems via our enterprise's server, no physical keys are sent. It is written to the bios of your motherboard." But it is inactivated and I can only see my partial product key in windows script host and in system>activation. It shows "Windows 11 Enterprise". Can you guys guide me?
