My product key is not working

Hi I recently got my pc set up it has windows 10 enterprise LTSC on it and I have a windows 11 pro product key, but it’s not letting me activate it. I have tried using that generic conversion code but that’s not working either I have tried it both connect to the internet and not connected and nothing is working please somebody help as I can’t use the Xbox app without it
