My previous employer still Administrator on my personal laptop.

My previous employer asked me to bring my personal laptop to work. During my work a few time employer's IT service remotely took control of my laptop to apply some fixes. Now after about two years I noticed that I can install new applications. I get a window from my previous employer that my request will be evaluated and permission may be granted after evaluation. Today I received a message that one of my effort to install Quicken is denied. Apparently, IT service of my previous employer establish themselves as Administrator on my personal laptop. Previous employer says they have disconnected
