My Pin doesn’t even work when I try to setup new pin

So I was reading someone article on windows help he told me disable windows thing I forgot but it restarted my computer when I pressed it the reason why I did do it is because my app from task manager wasn’t working because it was terminated so I tried the solution the gave and it messed up my whole pc I tried loading into advance but I only have 2 options and can’t even factory reset my pc I think I’m cooked bro
