Back when microsoft windows update to 10....... lots of problems for alot... Mine was not due to microft and windows thinking it was... Sadly my cable company a tech said he would connect me to microsoft NOT SCAM.. and number SCAM . They tell us to keep our protections on and i did.... what a disater long story.....after a good 2 months... higher techs found out what was going on so bizzare... and lots more after reading feedhub were going thru same things... after when mine was fixed..... even my phone ring called id say microsoft and number, i would not answer.... no more... my pictures folders files .. all over the place... .Two engineer techs.... figured out all after hours of sharing from my cable company but they are hired upper qualified from them... they found the problem and what was going on... long story... not only was my phone digital thru modem.. computer.. and all i was told to unplug after i had to have them listen .. this scammer call daily early afternoon to evenening just leave him on answering machine...also my wallpaper i never chosen would close up so i could not sign in... he leave messages...he found how to fix my computer and blah blah.. while they were doing all for my computer.... i always have 2 major securities and always saying no viruses.. the kind of modem at time I HAD WOULD CHANGE ip address daily... they had me call microsoft, mcafee , and the same guy answer..... i said you work there too....he deny it was him....but one night he messed up used his personal celll phone name and all.....must of had a busy day..... of hacking... cable company had me unplug wiring.. all devices till cable company got here... remind you that kept saying it was my computer........I dont know where to start.... senior how to fix an arrange my pictures they are all over the place.....some of them are coming back from where who knows lol.... but there are lots... that instead of picture looks like best i can describe... is like a black and white print..... like a square scanner on an item.... i have windows 7 8 and 10 on here and plenty of space.... i just need help organizing... and suggestions.. i try going by instructions.... but golly doing files from folders.. i mess up... some of these folders say 0 in the might have a lot or alot and say 0..... i wrote to feed hub...... i personally contacted microsft and paid the 49.00 for the help and made sure was microsoft... they send out of country they were doing excellent then disconnected.... to square one... I asked them three different techs...they needed microsoft to take off a windows theme that comes with alot of windows 10 computers.... i had my own themess.. and i updated not bought a windows 10.... very popular picture... if they could help me take that off.... thats where problem also coming from... did something to cable high electronic engineers equipment but they could get out of it.... but water cave black around and the black would close up and you could not sign in..... they need the theme removed..... it has come back.... but others said its oikay now.. the techs ssaid no.. it got comprimised....needs to be taken out .... it was away.. now back.....any conclusions.. 6 times already to feedhub.... directions is not going to help.... and afraid another scammer i call computer places they say microsoft-windowss to fix.. ???????any help out there.....
