my phons 5ghz and 2ghz dosent work properly on my pc usb wifi adapter

I can rarely find my 5ghz hotspot from my phone and when I can it disappears again so I can't find it for several days afterwards. I have tried leaving my hotspot on when it has worked and then it could work for a few days but only until the hotspot is switched off. I can always find my 2ghz but it's very unstable so I can't use it to game because I get kicked out of servers for bad signal and have too bad ms for me to game. I have tried 2 usb wifi adapters, both of which can take 5ghz. it is hotspot from mobile phones which share 5ghz to my PC which uses usb wifi adapter.
