My phone number was entered to many times Now it wont let me type it in anymore to add as a verification method

I have a problem with my phone number, It seems I've entered my phone number to many times. So it now says something like Verification not working at the moment Try another method. Im trying to redeem my reward but i need my phone number added to do so. Is there anyway to bypass this phone number problem?
