My Philips Ultra HD 2160p Brilliance 288p monitor suddenly stopped working with the latest Windows update. It's connected to my Microsoft Surface 4 laptop via HDMI.I tried buying a new cable, new adapter and nothing solves the problem.It just keeps saying "Didn't find a second display"...I tried updating the drivers.A friend plugged his iPad into the monitor using USB and it works fine - so it's not the monitor.I even tried a different monitor and it couldn't find that - so it must be Windows...What can I try next?John
