my pgdn key does not work. All of my other keys work, except for that specific key. I tried the on-screen keyboard, and it still doesn't work. How do

I'm on windows 11 if that changes anything, and I've never had this happen before. My pgup key works still, but it's just the pgdn key that doesn't work. I know its not the issue with the keyboard switch because my keyboard changes color on that key meaning that it received the input, and i know there's something wrong with my pc itself because i used the on-screen keyboard and had the same exact results.
