My personnal mincrosoft account email was changed and I can't connect back to it and I don't know what the new email is. How can I get it back?

My microsoft personnal account was just changed after I fell for a scam I didn't realize. Now I can't connect to it because the email was changed and I'm afraid of loosing it forever. How can I get my account back?I'm still connected to my microsoft account on my PC, however when I try to go to the account settings I get the message telling me that this microsoft account does not exist
