My personal vault link is gone even though i have it enabled?

I was changing some things round and my personal vault link is just gone. I tried reinstalling one drive and resetting it to no avail. There isn't even an option to unlock it in the one drive pop out menu. What can I do?I tried to attach photos to this but it didn't let me so ill put them on imgur instead:
