My pc won’t turn on after network reset

I made a network reset on my pc and waited until it was going to start, then I started turning my WiFi off because I forgot about the network reset. Then my pc turned off and I though it was a bit wierd, but now it has been 10minutes and it still hasn’t came back. When I click the power button on my pc nothing happens, I’ve tried turning off my power supply and turning it back on but still nothing. Pls help
