My PC won’t turn on after applying thermal paste and repotting in the fan.

Hello, I just put new thermal paste on my PC and my PC is seeming to fail, my fans seem to run perfectly fine but I am not sure if it is an issue with my motherboard, ramsticks, or power, I will provide images below so you guys could see.
