My Pc won’t return back to normal

Every time I start up my pc a blue screen pops up and then it says auto repair then fails. I tried to reset it but then it says it ran into an error/“There was a problem resetting your pc. I tried startup settings and tried disabling automatic restart but then the error blue screen popped up and then it freezes. I tried returning to windows but then the same thing happened, the blue screen popped up. It keeps restarting me and bringing me back to the failed auto repair screen
