My PC won’t load games, and restarts almost everytime i turn it on

Hello! I recently bought a new PC earlier this year that was supported with windows 11, although recently i’ve been experiencing some issues and i’m very confused on how to fix my computer, it all started with my games not loading, I would turn them on, and they either never make it to the opening screen, or it would give me a black screen and then eventually not respond and crash, then at some point later on my computer would randomly fully restart about every week, i would turn it on and it would give me the original windows background and all my games and files would be deleted, I always ke
