Hi there,
I have been constantly trying to find ways in which my headset microphone would connect and be picked up via recording my audio. However I have never been successful as the Microphone Array is always connected and I am unable to connect any other device.
The headset works completely fine. It records the microphone on other devices including my phone and the actual headphones work perfectly.
I have installed the latest drivers, reinstalled them, tried to connect every possible headset/earphone microphones I own and none of them are picked up.
Please could I be assisted on this.
