My PC will freeze at least once a day and I'm not totally sure the cause

Hello, I'm looking for some help determining what the cause is for my freezing issue. For the past few months, I've been getting a consistent hard freeze but with different repro steps so I'm having a hard time pinpointing what the issue is. Most of the time it happens when I'm playing video games but its also happened while on the desktop home screen or when going through file explorer. I have already reset my PC to factory settings in hopes that would fix it but the issue is still occurring.PC: Legion T5-28IMB05 Desktop (Lenovo) - Type 90NC- Microsoft Windows 11 Home - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1
